Wild Sumaco Lodge
Located at the foothills of the Sumaco, the lodge is the perfect place for nature lovers and birdwatchers. The lodge grounds can be explored on various paths. The lodge's 22-meter-long platform offers a good view of the surrounding rainforest. Various paths lead deeper into the jungle. On clear days, the Antisana, El Altar and Tungurahua volcanoes can also be seen in addition to the Sumaco volcano.
The Wildsumaco Lodge is located at a comfortable altitude of 1,480 meters and the forest reserve stretches from 1,200 to around 1,600 meters.
