At 3,720 meters above sea level, Hotel Tambopaxi Lodge is the only hotel inside the Cotopaxi National Park. Situated on the edge the volcano's boulder field, guests enjoy unparalleled views of the snow-capped peak.
Glass walls surround the cozy living room, providing spectacular views of Cotopaxi, Rumiñahui and Sincholagua.
To keep the chill at bay over night, each room features a wood burning stove as well as heavy down-filled duvets and piping hot showers. The altitude of Tambopaxi make this a fantastic location for mountain-climbers wishing to acclimatise before heading for the summit of the different mountains.
Accommodation is offered in two styles - as shared dorm rooms and as private rooms. Private rooms each feature private bathrooms with complimentary toiletries. Servicing the Dorm rooms are gender-separated shared bathrooms.
